Paintings By Horace Percival Hart

2^nd son of Thomas Hart FSA Taught to paint and draw by his father, and exhibited with him all over England. 1889 became a teacher of painting and drawing in Helston, Cornwall. November 1990, he left Cornwall to take up a teaching post in Newport Monmouthshire, Wales. 1992 he had a Selling Exhibition at the Grand Hotel Manchester with 50 paintings on display.
